The Creators – Wilhelm Franz and Micha Huber
In 1940’s Berlin, the EMT story began with Wilhelm Franz. Initially, the company’s aim was to manufacture measurement equipment designed for broadcasters however in the 1950s, everything changed when Walter Franz, Wilhelm’s brother, founded Geratewerk Lahr and started to manufacture EMT’s products.
